Yellowjackets Season 2: If The 14 has left you with more questions than answers, at least you know there’s more of the show to come. Yellowjackets has been picked up for a second season by Showtime. Given the positive reviews and widespread interest in the show since its debut in November, this is not a shock.
Gary Levine, head of Showtime’s entertainment division, stated in a statement, “Yellowjackets has been an undiluted sensation for Showtime.” “We are overwhelmed by both the plaudits and the audience response to our series, including multiple ‘Best of 2021’ lists, a 100 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes and snowballing viewership. Clearly there is a need for creativity and audacity, and our brilliant showrunners Ashley, Bart and Jonathan, along with their pitch-perfect ensemble, have provided that and so much more. I’m excited to see what twists and turns Season 2 brings.
Yellowjackets Season 2 Release Date
Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson, the showrunners of Yellowjackets, recently spoke with The Wrap and revealed that the second season of their drama is scheduled to premiere in early 2023.
We’re looking at the first quarter of 2023,” Lyle said. We are on a schedule very similar to last season, although we will need to shoot an extra episode due to having already filmed the pilot. I anticipate that filming will conclude in early to mid-February, with broadcast to follow soon thereafter.

Juliette Lewis
Actress and alternative rock singer Juliette Lake Lewis was born on June 21, 1973 in the United States. She has made a name for herself by playing eccentric roles in films with gloomy undertones. After acting in a number of critically acclaimed indie and art house films in the early 1990s, Lewis was dubbed the “it girl” of American cinema. She has been recognised with the Pasinetti Award, as well as nominations for the Academy Award, the Golden Globe, and the Primetime Emmy.
Lewis, who is the daughter of character actor Geoffrey Lewis, had her film debut in a small role in My Stepmother Is an Alien when she was only 14 years old (1988). Rukiya Bernard

Toronto, Ontario is where Rukiya Bernard was born to parents Nyakiringa Magugu, who owned an African art business, and Gilbert Bernard, who ran a car wash. Rukiya’s parents enrolled her in numerous sports and art classes beginning when she was very young. She took part in basketball and track while studying classical ballet, karate and music. She was admitted into Ryerson University’s theatrical department from which she graduated with honours.
Alex Wyndham
Alex Wyndham, born in England on January 1st, 1981, is a well-known actor for his portrayal of Gaius Maecenas on the HBO series Rome.
His education began at Winchester College, and he later earned a degree in history from Oxford, where he was active in the student theater. Even while still a student, he was actively performing on stage, including a tour of Japan with an OUDS production of Love’s Labours Lost.
After that, he went to London to study at RADA and eventually graduated in 2005. Wyndham completed extracurriculars such as a camera acting course at the BBC Elstree Centre, a certificate in armed and unarmed combat from the British Army Service Corps (BASSC), and a black belt in Shotokan karate from the first degree (1st Dan). He’s quite talented, with a wide range that includes period dance, Flamenco, and baritone singing. His passions outside of work are sports, cinema, exploration, the guitar, and visual arts.

Yellowjackets Season 2 Plot
When Yellowjackets returns for a second season, there will be a lot of questions to be answered. That is the first episode’s mystery female who the rest of the soccer squad devoured? Whoever erected that spooky log house out in the middle of nowhere should be held accountable. Why the heck is Tai acting like this?
Nonetheless, Lottie’s ascent to cult leader status in the past and her subsequent resurgence are likely to be at the heart of the conflict. She had Nat kidnapped at the end of the first season, so it’s probably up to Shauna, Tai, and Misty (citizen detective that she is) to rescue their friend. One problem is that Shauna has to deal with the fallout from murdering Adam, especially now that her daughter Callie knows; another is that Tai is possessed by a supernatural force that causes her to behead dogs; and a third is that Misty has just poisoned Jessica.
