Who Are Toge Inumaki In Jujutsu Kaisen?

Toge Inumaki ( Inumaki Toge?) is a significant character in the prequel Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Jujutsu High and an important supporting character in the original Jujutsu Kaisen. As a member of the Inumaki family, he has inherited the cursed speech of his ancestors, which he has modified into his own language to prevent passing on the curse. Toge, Yuta, Maki, and Panda are all second-year students at Tokyo Jujutsu High, where Toge is a semi-grade 1 jujutsu sorcerer.

Toge Inumaki Appearance:

Toge is a trim young man with fair skin, brown eyes, and straight hair that is around mid-back in length. Born with the Inumaki clan’s “Snake and Fangs” seal on his tongue and both cheeks. This was taken into account when designing his Jujutsu High costume, which features a high collar with a zipper that completely conceals his mouth. Toge wears a white short-sleeved shirt, black shorts, and sneakers to the gym. His dark collared shirt is buttoned up. Toge’s left arm was severed when Sukuna attacked him during the Shibuya Incident.

Toge’s new hairdo for 2018 began as short, spiky hair in 2017, much like Yuji’s. Though he wore an identical uniform to the rest of the students, he distinguished himself by layering a brown (or blue, in the film) turtleneck sweater over the top.

Toge has white hair and purple eyes in the anime adaption, and his clothing is a shade of royal blue.

Toge Inumaki Personality:

First impressions of Toge suggest that he is reserved and uncommunicative. After hanging out with Toge for two months, Yuta was still unsure of and nervous around him. Toge, though, is a profoundly perceptive and sympathetic person. He has good judgement and knows the risks of having too much authority.

Toge avoids using standard English to shield others from the potentially harmful effects of his cursed words. Toge is hard to comprehend because he only uses components for rice balls as words, but many of his friends have made the effort to do so anyhow.

Toge shows his loyalty to his friends and allies by watching out for them. Although Toge is not normally an aggressive person, he challenged Yuta upon first meeting him because Rika’s presence made Maki and Panda uncomfortable. Toge tried to be more honest with Yuta after he found out that Yuta, too, was burdened with powers he couldn’t control.

Toge gave Yuta a high five before their first mission together to calm his nerves, but all it did was make him more nervous. Throughout the course of the mission, Toge demonstrated to Yuta that he is a caring individual who prioritizes the safety of his teammates. His determination surprised even Toge by convincing the normally shy Yuta to join him in battle. Toge and Yuta were able to bond and high-five each other after a successful collaborative effort.

The second year student Toge has matured even more, yet Megumi still doesn’t respect him because of all the times he’s been caught messing with Panda. Toge has shown brave composure under pressure and the capacity to keep her cool when the going gets rough. Toge, in his role as a senpai, is just as guarded over his juniors as he is over Yuta, Maki, and Panda.

Toge, although having just recently met Yuji at the beginning of the Goodwill Event, was determined to aid in the rescue of the inaugural year from the Kyoto Team’s murder attempt. Toge never showed any signs of fear, even when Hanami surprised him while he was alone. Toge, ever the protector, made sure that neither Megumi nor Noritoshi was hurt while around Hanami. When his throat began to close up, Toge stepped back up to battle Hanami so that Megumi wouldn’t have to face a special-grade opponent by herself.

Toge Inumaki Abilities And Powers:

Toge is a highly skilled and well-respected semi-grade 1 sorcerer because he is a member of the Inumaki clan and has inherited cursed speech. As a first-year student, he was ranked second in his class and the only one capable of undertaking solo missions. Geto, at the time, also thought Toge had a lot of potentials. In the years since Toge’s skill has only improved, and while he may not yet be as proficient as Yuta, Hakari, or Todo, he is still one of Jujutsu High’s top pupils.

Toge is exceptionally bright and skilled in combat, as seen by his mastery of the advantages and disadvantages of cursed speech and his ability to employ it strategically under any circumstances. While competing in the Goodwill Event, Toge was seen as a major threat by the Kyoto squad. Some of the Kyoto students, despite knowing how to defend against cursed speech, were distracted by the constant fear that Toge would use it.

After a long chase with Hanami, Megumi and Noritoshi only made it out alive because Toge was the only one with a skill that could stun the special grade. Toge was sent to Shibuya to protect the local populace and eliminate any transfigured individuals he encountered. During the incident’s middle phases, he rescued a large number of non-sorcerers and swept the entire Dogenzaka neighbourhood clean.

High Mobility: Toge is an extremely sporty person, and while he isn’t nearly as fast as freaks of nature like Yuji or Maki, he is still quite fast. Because of his agility and speed, Hanami was led on a long chase across the battlefield until Toge finally located his friends. After he batted, Toge was one of the few kids who stole a base without being caught, making him a dangerous base-runner. Toge’s quickness startled even Yuji, and Maki agreed.

High Endurance: Using the cursed words of Toge is an exhausting and time-consuming process. If Toge uses it too much, he will get severe throat discomfort and may even vomit blood. Despite this, Toge keeps battling until he is exhausted, and even then he may still unleash commands on opponents of a higher level.
