In late November of 2020, Crunchyroll announced on Twitter that production had begun on In/Spectre Season 2. A year later, a teaser image revealed that 2022 would indeed be the premiere year for In/Spectre Season 2. After that, a second teaser image was released in early March 2022, proclaiming an October 2022 premiere.

In/spectre Season 2 Release Date
The second season of the television anime adaptation of Kyo Shirodaira and Chasiba Katase’s In/Spectre (Kyok Suiri or Invented Interface) manga has been pushed back from October 2022 to January 2023, the official website for the adaptation revealed on Monday.
New cast members include Makoto Furukawa as Masayuki Muroi and Aoi Yki as Yuki-Onna. The anime will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
Director Keiji Gotoh (Kiddy Grade, Endride, Sengoku Collection) and head writer Noboru Takagi (Durarara!!, Golden Kamuy, Kuroko’s Basketball) are both back for the second season of the anime at Brains Base. The character designer and primary animator is Kentarou Matsumoto (D-Frag!, In/Spectre season 1’s animation director). The organisation responsible for making this happen is NAS.

The first season of the anime was a Crunchyroll Originals co-production. The first episode of the 12-part series aired in Japan in January of 2020. The anime’s English dub was also made available to watch on Crunchyroll.
The Plotline of In/spectre Season 2
