There’s a Lot of Buzz About the Fourth Season of ‘the Dragon Prince.’
As Netflix’s content is heavily influenced by Japanese anime, it’s no surprise that so many people are tuning in. Rather than being entirely original, these are reruns of previously broadcast programs. However, Netflix’s original production, The Dragon Prince, is just as good.
Like Cowboy Bebop and Fullmetal Alchemist, it ranks highly among the library’s offerings. It has a large following, and the show’s creators put out a lot of episodes quickly.
On the 14th of September, 2018, the show’s first season premiered on Netflix. In February 2019, Season 2 of the show aired, and Season 3 will premiere on November 22, 2019. There are nine episodes in a season. That is, we aired 27 episodes in 2014.

Both the show’s quality and Netflix’s confidence in it account for this. A Netflix cancellation after only two seasons is not unprecedented. As a result, it’s remarkable that they were able to greenlight three seasons of a show so quickly.
As expected, this program has exceeded all expectations. The show’s creator and executive producer is Aaron Ehasz. The name may be familiar to some of you. The series “The Last Airbender.”
Season 4’s arrival on Netflix may appear to be a foregone conclusion with so much history behind it. Aren’t they going to renew it at some point? To be honest, it’s not that simple. Season 3 of the show aired nearly five months ago. However, we haven’t heard anything about the fourth season of Netflix’s The Dragon Prince anime.
The Dragon Prince Season 4 Is On Hold Because Of A Controversial Reason
That’s strange, considering how quickly the show is releasing new episodes. But if you’re like me and you wake up in the middle of the night with your sheets on fire, there may be a good reason why. Danika Harrod, a former Wonderstorm employee, has accused The Dragon Prince creator Aaron Ehasz of sexism.
On November 6, 2019, she chimed in with her complaint about Ehasz’s behavior. Also, according to Rhea Butcher, she was given a specific job description under the guise of being “a nice guy” in the future for them. She cites this as a factor in her decision to leave Wonderstorm.
According to their response, Netflix appears to take these situations very seriously. After several sexual misconduct allegations were made against Kevin Spacey, he was fired from House of Cards. Perhaps this is why Season 4 of The Dragon Prince has yet to be released. It’s Netflix’s decision now.

- Callum is played by Jack Defensa.
- Viren is played by Jason Simpson.
