We met Josh Eilers, a 32-year-old rancher from Austin, Texas, in episode three. Josh has a long list of accomplishments to his name, but he wasn’t sure how to care for himself amid his hectic schedule.

Karamo also helped Josh with dating etiquette and how to have more meaningful conversations in his life, which were the final two things he helped with. Josh confessed to Kayla that he didn’t treat her the way she deserved to be treated and that he was deeply sorry for what happened. Self-love has been an issue for him, and he talked openly about it in his interview. Rather than burying the hatchet, Karamo suggested that he extend an olive branch to Kayla and begin the process of mending their broken relationship.

After the Fab Five left, we saw that Josh and Kayla had reconnected, but it’s unclear if this is the beginning of a romantic relationship between them. But Kayla is still on the Ranger Cattle Facebook page, indicating that they still have a solid professional relationship.
Kayla reassured Josh that she would be there for him no matter what he decided to work on loving himself before committing to another relationship.
