Here’s some good news for the many fans of All American who can’t wait to learn out what happens to their favourite group from Crenshaw and Beverly Hills. Season 5 of All American will premiere this autumn, and if the prior seasons are any indication, the new episodes will be just as riveting.
When is the All American Season 5 Release Date?
Watch the season 5 debut of All American on Monday, October 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW in the United States. In case you missed it, you may watch it the next day for free on demand by using The CW app. All of seasons 1-4 may be seen right now on Netflix.
As of yet, we have no confirmation of when the new season of All American will premiere in the UK. You can catch up on Seasons 1-4 right now on ITV.
What is All American Season 5 About?
A synopsis for season 5 has not been officially released by The CW, but given the events of the season 4 finale, we can expect a lot of development in the upcoming episodes. Starting with Spencer, he and Olivia (Samantha Logan) banged heads often throughout season 4. In the finale, she was composing a news piece that might have serious ramifications for the football team at Golden Angeles University and Spencer’s sports career. Given their relationship is a bit fragile, would they be able to endure such a tremendous storm if Olivia goes public with what she knows?
Elsewhere, Jordan (Michael Evans Behling) fresh off the separation with Simone (Geffri Maya), professed his emotions for Layla. While she also has feelings for him, she pumped the breaks on them going anything further for the moment. We’d venture to predict their romance will grow in the following episodes. Although, given that Layla’s ex-fling is now her employer of sorts, and the two didn’t end on a high note, the path to #Jayla may get tough.
On a side note, let’s hope that Jordan also is not dumb enough to continue playing with a broken hand in his rookie year of college football. Given his high school track record with injuries, we don’t have the highest trust that he’ll be savvy about his new issue going ahead.

Also likely to be explored in season 5 are Coop’s (Bre-Z) law career ambitions, Asher’s (Cody Christian) improvement as a football coach and Billy’s (Taye Diggs) advancement as a high school administrator.
All American season 5 cast
To this point, there have been no major announcements regarding cast changes for Season 5. We’re curious to see if a plot twist keeps Spencer and his mother (Karimah Westbrook) and brother (Jayln Hall) in the Los Angeles region with their mother’s fiance (Lamon Archey), or if they actually leave the All American canvas.
With that said, the main cast expected to return are as follows:
