Cody Rhodes may not be physically capable of competing at Night of Champions following the events of this week’s Raw. The episode began with Brock Lesnar jumping backstage and breaking his left arm with a beer keg propped against a wall; at the beginning of the second hour, Lesnar announced that Rhodes would not be cleared for the show.
Lesnar said he would participate in an open challenge at the event against anyone willing to step out onto the entrance ramp. Rhodes appeared visibly injured, prompting Lesnar to attack his injured arm and apply a kimura lock repeatedly.
