Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are nearing permanent residence. According to an ET source, Ben and Jen are in escrow on a residence in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades district.
Ben and Jen can be seen touring the $34.5 million house, which according to Zillow, has seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and a mind-boggling 15,100 square feet, in a new photo taken over the weekend. The property’s amenities include an attached guest house with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. It also has a six-car garage.

The house was just built. The estate was built in 2022 and is situated on a quiet, level one-acre lot behind gates in the exclusive Rustic Canyon neighborhood of the Palisades. According to the website for purchasing a home, “The estate exhibits the finest quality in impeccable detail, traditional workmanship, and design. Immerse yourself in a peaceful setting with the atmosphere of a hideaway encircled by soaring Sycamore trees.”
Along with a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, a private screening room, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a gym, and a health spa, the multi-million dollar residence also offers these other features.
Even while the asking price is high, Ben and Jen seem to be able to afford it, especially in light of the couple’s Dunkin’ Donuts Super Bowl commercial.
A source told ET that Ben inked a contract with Dunkin’ Donuts worth “over $10 million dollars” after the news of his joining the coffee and donut firm surfaced. Ben’s affiliation with the franchise also entails a financial contribution to his non-profit organization, the Eastern Congo Initiative, and compensation.
The insider told ET that his wife’s appearance in the Dunkin’ Super Bowl commercial on Sunday was a complete surprise. The source claimed that Ben instructed her to go through the drive-thru and record a scene when she arrived on set. Dunkin’ liked the exchange and included it in the advertisement.

According to the source, the 53-year-old celebrity received “just over a 1 million dollar salary” for her role in the advertisement.
Recently, Ben recorded an advertisement for Dunkin’, established in his native Massachusetts. The individual who spoke with ET said, “Ben planned the entire event and wanted something like a hidden camera commercial.” He will soon shoot another advertisement in accordance with his contract with Dunkin’.
