For All Mankind Season 4: In For All Mankind, the Russians beat the Americans to the moon. It’s a relief to know that For All Mankind will be back for a fourth season on Apple TV+, as the streaming service announced the renewal of the show before the conclusion of the third season.
Renewing was announced in late July at San Diego Comic-Con. This early confirmation raises hopes that new episodes will arrive at a rate closer to the speed of light than in the past.
For All Mankind Season 4 Release Date
Apple TV+ confirmed the renewal for a fourth season and revealed that filming would begin in August 2022 at San Diego Comic-Con. The premiere of new episodes could come as early as the winter of 2023 if all goes according to plan.
If all goes well, For All Mankind could return even sooner than that, but that is the time frame we currently expect to see play out based on previous launch dates.
For All Mankind Season 4 Cast: Who Will Be In It?
For All Mankind has a more rapid cast turnover than most shows because it skips around in time. Having said that, it’s safe to assume that the following will be back for season four:
• Joel Kinnaman as Edward “Ed” Baldwin
• Jodi Balfour as Ellen Wilson
• Wrenn Schmidt as Margo Madison
• Krys Marshall as Danielle Poole
• Cynthy Wu as Kelly Baldwin
• Casey W Johnson as Danny Stevens
• Coral Peña as Aleida Rosales
• Edi Gathegi as Dev Ayesa
Jodi Balfour is expected to reprise her role as Ellen Wilson, the first female and gay President of the United States, but her involvement in that show may be diminished slightly if she continues to star in the upcoming season of Ted Lasso. She would have no chance of becoming President in the next decade.
Sonya Walger (Molly Cobb) and Shantel VanSanten are two cast members who are not expected to return after the shocking events of season 3. (Karen Baldwin). Even though flashbacks aren’t frequently featured on the show, we can’t rule out the possibility of a brief return along these lines or even in memorial pictures and footage.
On the other hand, For All Mankind has added a star to their roster in the form of Home Alone’s Daniel Stern. Stern, best known for his role as Marv in the holiday classic Elf, will play the title character, Eli Hobson.

Former auto industry CEO Hobson has been hired as NASA’s new administrator, and he has been tasked with modernising the space agency. This is going to be a lot harder of a task than anyone had anticipated.
For All Mankind Season 4 Plot: What Will Happen?
The season three finale of For All Mankind delivered the full dose of drama that viewers have come to expect from the show.
The arrival of Lee Jung-Gil, Kelly’s pregnancy issues, and Danny’s long-awaited confession turned Mars into a real shitshow while Ellen dealt with the fallout of her coming out speech.
However, Ed succeeded in saving both his daughter Kelly and his future grandchild, affectionately known as “Lil’ Ed.” It was a grand and moving moment, in stark contrast to the disappointing conclusion of Season 2. But that doesn’t mean there wasn’t any sadness at the end.
When a bomb destroyed half of the Johnson Space Centre, the one place on Earth where our favourite characters were always safe from harm, it came as a shocking turn of events when they all perished here on Earth.
As a result of the blast, hundreds of people perished, including two of the show’s mainstays who had been with us from the very beginning. We may have skipped from 1995 to 2003, but you can be sure that this traumatic event will have lasting effects on the show.
