Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts Trailer: Paramount Pictures has released the first teaser for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, in which Optimus Primal issues a grim warning to Optimus Prime as war breaks out between the Maximals, the Predacons, and the Terrorcons.
The live-action Transformers films by Paramount are adaptations of a toy line by the same name sold by Hasbro. It has been announced that the next installment in the Transformers live-action film franchise will be based on the Beast Wars storyline, which centers on robots in disguise that morph into animals rather than vehicles.
Ron Perlman’s Optimus Primal faces off against Peter Cullen’s Optimus Prime in the opening scene of the first trailer for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. Primal, in his ape form, tells Prime that he is not the one to fear when Prime raises his cannon at him, warning of the impending arrival of darkness.
Afterward, the audience is shown exciting scenes starring both returning cast members like Bumblebee and newcomers like Anthony Ramos as the human protagonist Noah. The seventh live-action Transformers film is the second to be directed by someone other than Michael Bay. Steven Caple Jr., whose only previous directing credits are for Creed 2 and The Land, will take the reins this time.
