Too Hot to Handle Format and Cast

For four weeks, a group of adults who are unable to form long-term relationships are housed together in the same house by a cone-shaped virtual assistant, Lana (the show’s narrator).

For the duration of the competition, contestants are prohibited from kissing, sexual contact, or any other form of self-gratification. Participant-to-participant connections are what this is all about. When a rule is broken, the winner loses some of their $100,000 prize money.

There are ten new contestants at the beginning of the season, and new ones are added regularly. Contestants who are unable to form relationships or commit to the show’s process are immediately eliminated from the competition.
