It’s possible that another couple crosses the bridge and interrupts them, or Martin Short’s Leprechaun modifies the bridge’s rules. The second season of Schmigadoon!, on the other hand, could deliver a shock and return Melissa and Josh to their normal lives, putting their relationship to the test once more.
