Person Found Dead In Flooded Car In Sacramento County: A Sacramento Metro Fire spokeswoman confirmed to ABC News that one individual was discovered dead in a vehicle in California on Sunday morning as a winter storm brought flooding and significant snowfall to the area.
A representative for Sacramento Metro Fire stated that the fatalities were located in their flooded car in the southernmost region of Sacramento County, close to Elk Grove.
