What is the Modern Love Season 3 Release Date?
Season 3 of “Modern Love” has not yet been officially renewed, therefore it is unknown when it will debut on Amazon Prime Video. Fans may have to wait at least a year if Amazon decides to revive the joyful anthology series for a second season. This is mostly based on what we know about the production process, including filming, from Seasons 1 and 2.
To quickly recap the development history of “Modern Love,” Amazon ordered the pilot episode and first season in June 2018. (via Deadline). If Season 1 premiered on Amazon in the middle of October 2019, then production on the series most likely began earlier in 2019. The second season also took almost a year to produce. The Hollywood Reporter claims that a week after the October 2019 premiere of Season 1, “Modern Love” was already renewed for Season 2.
Season 2 was filmed in the fall of 2020 in both the United States and Ireland, despite having to cope with COVID-19 safety concerns like many other projects. Newspapers in Albany, New York (The Times Union), and Dublin, Ireland (Evoke) each published articles about the second season’s production. Towards the middle of August in 2021, the second season debuted.
If Amazon decides to extend “Modern Love” for the third season, production on that season may begin in the spring or summer of 2022, with a possible launch in the fall of 2022 or the spring of 2023.
Who is in the Modern Love Season 3 cast?
The renewal of Amazon’s anthology series “Modern Love” remains in doubt, therefore there has been no announcement on who will star in Season 3. Casting for Season 3 would take place in late 2021 or early 2022 if the show were renewed for a third season by the fall of 2021. What is the plot of Modern Love Season 3?
Because Amazon has been taking its sweet time determining whether or not to renew “Modern Love,” we still don’t know what will happen in Season 3. Even though the first installment of the “Modern Love” column appeared in 2004, there is still a wealth of material from which to draw.
