On the other hand, the KonuSuba anime’s Twitter account has assured us that many more RPG-like adventures are on the way.
Based on the same-name Japanese light novels, KonoSuba tells the story of Kazuma Sat, a young kid who dies tragically and is reborn in a video game-like world.

The third season of KonoSuba, however, promises to be Kazuma’s best yet, so we’ve compiled everything you need to know to prepare yourself.
Konosuba Season 3: Release Date
On July 18, 2021, a statement was released on Twitter, but it didn’t say anything about whether or not the makers were working on the third season of KonoSuba or a spin-off movie.
Unfortunately, there has been no confirmation on when the third season of this popular anime would be made available to the public. Different accounts suggest that production only recently began, so we may have to wait a little longer.

Studio Deen, it has been said, has been hard at work on a surprise release. Is season 3 of KonoSuba in the works? Assuming no unforeseen setbacks, we should see KonoSuba season 3 in late 2022 or early 2023. Season 3 might feature somewhere between 10 and 13 episodes.
KonoSuba Season 3 Plot
The plot of KonoSuba centers around Kazuma Sat, a young kid who suffers a fatal heart attack after saving a girl from an oncoming truck. But after his death, he finds himself in a fantasy realm with the goddess Aqua, the wizard Megumin, and the knight Darkness as members of his dysfunctional party.
Season three of KonoSuba will most likely adapt volumes six and seven of the light novel series because the first two seasons and film covered the first five volumes.
Spoilers ahead: in these volumes, Darkness decides to leave the misfit company of adventurers and marry a lord.
With the money he earned after defeating the Devil King, Kazuma is now living well. This quickly attracts the attention of The Crown, and Princess Iris enlists his aid in tracking down The Chivalrous Thief Chris, who has been stealing from the imperial coffers.
But after a disastrous encounter with the Devil King’s forces, Kazuma is cast out on his own, abandoned by his loyal companions. The reborn gamer must then clear his name while also uncovering a massive royal conspiracy.
The growing romance between Kazuma and Megumin, which was highlighted in the 2019 film, will also likely be explored in season three.
