Meet The Terminal List Cast: Who Played Who In The Hit Movie?

Chris Pratt, who starred in Jurassic Park and The Tomorrow War, plays Lieutenant James Reece in The Terminal List, which will be available on Prime Video in July. Lieutenant Reece witnesses his whole unit being ambushed during a crucial clandestine mission.

The series, based on Jack Carr’s best-selling novel The Terminal List(opens in new tab), also stars Jeanne Tripplehorn, Constance Wu, and Patrick Schwarzenegger. Chris Pratt will also serve as executive producer. Antoine Fuqua is in charge of directing the show.

After an ambush on a secret operation, Navy SEAL James Reece comes home. Reece tries to understand his platoon’s death, guilt, and many unanswered questions. Once new information comes to light, he smells foul play and goes on a one-person revenge quest to bring those who conspired to compromise his life and those of his slain teammates to justice.

Parks & Recreation introduced Pratt as Andy Dwyer. After creating a name for himself in humor and satire, Pratt seamlessly transitioned to action movies with significant roles in the Jurassic Park franchise, Star-Lord in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Dan Forester in The Tomorrow War. The Terminal IMBD rating is 7.4 out of 10.

Taylor Kitsch as Ben Edwards

Ben, the best buddy of Commander James Reece, is portrayed by Taylor Kitsch. CIA agent Ben utilizes his connections to assist his friend in seeking justice. He supports Reece’s desire to exact revenge but nudges him continuously to pursue introspection.

With his role as Tim Riggins in the NBC television series Friday Night Lights, Kitsch is well-known. In the Paramount Networks drama Waco, on which he also served as executive producer, he portrayed the cult’s leader David Koresh. In addition to John Carter, Battleship, Savages, Lone Survivor, The Grand Seduction, American Assassin, Only The Brave, and 21 Bridges, Kitsch has starred in several others movies.

Patrick Schwarzenegger as Donny Mitchell

Second-class Special Warfare Operator: Donny Mitchell is the newest Commander James Reece squad member. Mitchell, who has a baby face and is ordinarily upbeat, uses an aggressive sense of humor to cope with the stress of battle.

Patrick is Pratt’s real-life brother-in-law and the child of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the romantic comedy-drama Stuck In Love, Patrick played Glen. He also had minor parts in Scout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse. In the romantic drama movie based on the Japanese film A Song to the Sun, he was cast as Charles Reed opposite Bella Thorne in 2018. His recent projects include Todd Peterson in The Staircase and Mitchell Wilson in the comedy-drama Moxie.

Constance Wu as Katie Buranek

Katie Burbank, played by Constance Wu, is a war correspondent looking into what she believes to be corporately backed corruption that ultimately resulted in the loss of Commander James Reece’s Navy SEAL team. Katie is a typical risk-taking reporter who quits her position at a reputable news organization to concentrate on journalism that she finds more interesting. She quickly realizes that she must work with Reece to uncover the truth about what happened during his expedition.

She was included among the top 100 global influencers by Time magazine in 2017. Wu became well-known for portraying Jessica Huang in the ABC television series Fresh Off the Boat. In the romantic comedy Crazy Rich Asians, she showed Rachael Chu. In the television series Solos, she played Jenny, one of her more recent appearances.

Jeanne Tripplehorn as Lorraine Hartley

Jeanne Tripplehorn portrays Defense Secretary Lorraine Hartley. Intelligent, ambitious, and polite, Hartley worked her way up the administrative ladder to one of the highest positions in government. Now, while dealing with the fallout from her own decisions, she must put her vast knowledge to good use to defend James Reece (Pratt).

In Basic Instinct and The Firm, Tripplehorn played the characters Dr. Beth Garnerin and Abby McDeere, respectively. Also, she acted in HBO’s Big Love and the comedy-drama Sliding Doors. She worked in the television movie Grey Gardens. She played Eleanor Schlafly in the FX limited series Mrs. America. She most recently played Sylvia Chamberlain in the HBO historical drama series The Gilded Age.

Riley Keough as Lauren Reece

Lauren Reece advises and mothers her husband’s platoon wives and children when he’s abroad. She must balance her profession with her daughter Lucy’s needs. Lauren supports her husband during his struggle for justice after his homecoming.

Riley, a granddaughter of Elvis Presley, debuted in The Runaways as Marie Currie in 2010. Steven Soderbergh’s Starz anthology The Girlfriend Experience nominated her for a Golden Globe. She appeared in Jack & Diane (2012), Magic Mike, and Mad Max: Fury Road.

LaMonica Garrett as Commander Fox

Commander Fox, played by LaMonica Garrett, stresses honesty, loyalty, and honor in his troops. Fox endures the upheavals.
