Date A Live Season 5 release date
Fujimi Shobo’s Fantasia Bunko label announced in November 2011 that an anime based on the Date A Live series of novels was in the works. Under the direction of Keitaro Motonaga, the television series was produced by AIC PLUS + studios. Satoshi Shino worked with Tsunako’s original design for the characters’ appearances, while Go Sakabe composed the soundtrack with Yasunori Ebina as the sound director.
The first broadcast on Niconico’s video streaming service on March 31, 2013, and then on Tokyo MX starting on April 6, 2013, the anime features 12 episodes. For those of you who missed the live stream, it ended on June 16, while the TV broadcast ended on June 22. On December 9, 2013, a thirteenth episode of the ninth original series light novel was released as an OVA on Blu-ray as an annex to the limited edition of the ninth light novel.
A Sweet Arms song, “Date A Live,” opened the show. It was performed by Iori Nomizu, Misuzu Togashi, Kaori Sadohara, and Misato, four members of the band. As a part of the first season, four different ending themes were used: “Hatsukoi Winding Road,” performed by Ririko (the voice actress of Kayoko Tsumita), childhood friend (Risako Murai), and by senpai (Midori Tsukimiya) from Date A Life, Fall in Love: My Little Seed.
“SAVE MY HEART” (episodes 3, 7, 9, and 11), “Strawberry Rain,” and “Save The World” (episode 5) are the remaining episodes’ closing themes, performed by Iori Nomizu (remaining). Funimation Entertainment purchased the North American streaming rights to the anime, while Madman Entertainment purchased the Australian home video distribution rights.
After the final episode of the first season aired, an announcement was made that a second season, titled Date A Live II, would follow. An April 2014 broadcast date has been confirmed for Production IMS’s latest project. Following that, on April 11th, 2014, the show debuted on Tokyo MX and other stations. As part of Encore’s limited edition third Blu-ray volume released on December 9, 2014, a second OAV episode was made available. It begins with “Trust in You,” performed by the Sweet Arms, and ends with “Day to Story,” performed by Kaori Sahara.
Date A Live III, the third season of the anime, was announced by the work’s author on Twitter. It aired from January 11 to March 29, 2019, and was produced by the J.C. Staff. Sweet Arms’ “I swear always” opened the show, and Eri Yamazaki’s “Last Promise” closed it.
The fourth season of the anime, dubbed Date A Live IV, has been announced on the official website. Jun Nakagawa will direct the fourth season, it was announced on the second day of the Kadokawa Light Novel Expo 2020, which took place on March 7, 2021.
In addition to editing the script, Naoto Nakamura was responsible for character design, and Go Sakabe returned to compose the soundtrack. Due to “various reasons,” it has been pushed back from October 2021 to April 8, 2022. Miyu Tomita sings the “OveR” theme, while Sweet Arms sings the “S.O.S.” theme.
What does this mean for the possibility of a fifth season, now that we know all of this? It’s clear that Date A Live has a lot of untapped material that could be turned into an anime. When all of this is taken into account, the future of Date A Life looks very promising.
This series, as we have previously stated, has been a huge success, and the fact that it has just premiered its fourth season and is still going on gives us hope that it will continue for many more seasons. Even if a second season is possible in 2024, we’ll have to wait until at least 2022 or 2023 for confirmation.
Date A Live Season 5 trailer

Date A Live, as we have previously stated, is a strong contender for a return. Adaptations of the light novel series and the immensely popular anime series are both ongoing. Waiting to see if there are plans for a continuation before making a proper prediction. We’ll have to wait and see how Date A Live’s fourth season concludes, but the show is currently on schedule.
Given everything we’ve discussed, it’s highly unlikely that a trailer for Date a Livenother World will be released within the next year or two. While we can expect a trailer in 2024 if a second season is confirmed sometime in 2023, the earliest we could see one is then in 2025.

While trying to save his sister, Shido Itsuka encounters a strange girl in a deep crater during an evacuation during a spacequake.
A “nature spirit” (series) visits our world, and when it does, we experience tremors in our world as well. He finds this out from his younger sister, Kotori. “Angels” (named after archangels associated with the Sephiroth, or, when the Seirei “invert” in anger, after their demon counterparts associated with the Qliphoth) are each Seirei’s distinct powers and weapons.
The Ratatoskr organization’s airship Fraxinus, commanded by Kotori, is equipped with cutting-edge technology and is on a mission to neutralize the Seirei peacefully. Nevertheless, Shido can seal the powers of a Seirei by kissing them, and it is up to him to make the Seirei fall in love with him for reasons that are as yet unknown.
Seirei’s enemies include the Anti-Spirit Team (AST) of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces, the weapon manufacturer Deus Ex Machina Industry (DEM), and a mysterious being called Phantom who is believed to be responsible for the Seirei.
