A surviving Power is so impressed by Denji’s determination that she lets him fondle her breasts after he vanquishes the Bat Devil. Denji’s arm is blown off by the Leech Devil and eaten as he unexpectedly appears. Denji tries to become the Chainsaw Man, but the previous fight drained his blood supply, thus he only manages to sprout a miniature chainsaw atop his head.

With his goal in mind, Denji continues to fight Leech and does some damage to him. As Denji, tired, is about to give up, Aki appears, leading a fox-like beast. In the debrief, Aki describes how he used a blood transfusion to reconnect Denji’s limb and how the fox is his Fox Devil, with whom he has a contract.

Aki then tells Denji that he and Power are expendable, but he’ll spare their lives if Denji agrees to his rules. As a result of Denji’s agreement, Aki seeks Makima’s blessing to ensure their survival. Power has now moved into Aki’s flat, which will undoubtedly cause havoc. Power fulfils her promise to Denji that night, much to his delight.
