Blue Lock Plot

After Japan’s disappointing loss to Belgium in the round of 16 at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, JFA manager Anri Teieri realises that the sport of football in Japan can no longer advance because her colleagues are only interested in mere economic profit, whereas you would like Japan to win the World Cup.

Consequently, she gave her blessing to Jinpachi Ego’s “Blue Lock” project, which aims to recruit 300 of Japan’s top high school football players and send them to a specialised institution. Yoichi Isagi is one of the chosen players, however he was the reason his high school team lost the national championship qualification match since they were defeated by a less talented opponent.

    Where to watch Blue Lock?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to watch Blue Lock because there is no season two available. There is no actual way to determine where it will be available to watch just yet because the first season has not even been released in Japan. The way things usually go, though, we can safely expect that Crunchyroll will pick up this show, as they have with countless others in the past.

Will there Be a Blue Lock Season 2?

At this time, it’s impossible to predict what will happen to Blue Lock. As of right now, we don’t know a whole lot about the first season, so it’s hard to say if there will be a second. Given the abundance of current anime, Blue Lock may be a strong candidate for renewal if it does well, but without any information about the show’s success (or failure), the future is quite hazy.
