Anita Pointer Of The Pointer Sisters Dies At Age 74: Anita Pointer of the Grammy Award-winning Pointer Sisters, who became famous in the 1970s and 1980s with the popular song “I’m So Excited” and other songs, passed away on Saturday from cancer, according to her publicist.
