Laid-Back Camp Season 2 Anime Review
It appears that violent, grim, and suspenseful thrillers are all the rage now. Still, there are moments when nothing but a calm, humorous show would do. If you’re looking for something like that, Laid-Back Camp is the best bet. It’s no exaggeration to say that the anime’s second season was outstanding. The show is excellent in every way, from the plot to the characters.
People can identify with the protagonists since they, too, have to work long and hard to save up for their favorite pastime—going camping. The show’s superb premise, memorable characters, and original art style elevate what is essentially a story about pretty girls going camping to the level of something truly special. The entirety of Yuru Camp is a delight to watch. Currently, there isn’t a more enjoyable way to pass the time than watching this lighthearted series.
Movie Confirmed For 2022
An announcement that a Yuru Camp movie would be released in 2022 was recently made on the show’s official Twitter account. No one from the original cast or crew has left the project. C-Station will also resume control of its animation. Screenwriter Mutsumi Ito is most known for her work on the spin-off series Heya Camp. Nothing substantial has been shared by the filmmakers, although it seems likely that the film will center on Rin’s first camping trip. Heya Camp, a spin-off series, is also quite successful and part of the franchise.
Yuru Camp Season 2: Renewal Status
When compared to the first season, the anime’s second was superior. Every single viewer was blown away by it, and it received nothing but rave reviews. Fans and journalists alike reacted enthusiastically to the sequel. Laid-Back Camp Season 2 also has a high rank (#82) and score (8.56) on MyAnimeList. The manga series’ popularity and sales both skyrocketed as a result.
The second season has already used material from the eighth and ninth volumes, therefore there are only three more volumes left of C-Station. The manga, thankfully, is continuously being updated, so there should soon be enough material for a second season of Yuru Camp to be filmed. Officials will eventually renew the show for a second season.
