The Blacklist Season 9 Episode 22 Recap: Season nine’s last episode of The Blacklist continues right where we left off. It was almost accomplished in the previous episode, but Red was aided in his escape by the FBI, leading to his eventual capture. Harold Cooper tells Red he’s sorry he was the one who initially went to see Marvin.
Red tells him that he wasn’t the first to get to him and that he stole him, which is unacceptable. Harold Cooper says he would rather be killed. Red tells him that he’s created a bigger mess than he realizes, and that his lawyer is incredibly skilled. As a result, Marvin is released. A meeting with Wujing is his first stop. Red has led to the incarceration of people in many different countries. Red told Marvin he could leave Earth in whatever way he liked. Nonetheless, he tells him it wasn’t his life; troubled by Red’s words, he kills himself soon after being set free.

We then observe him commit suicide by gunshot in his pickup. Following his release from prison, Mavin will not be cooperating with the authorities, and so Panabaker visits Harold Cooper’s home to break the news to him and Red. Red has returned to the FBI as an informant, and she breaks the news of Marvin’s death to them.

Cooper has been exonerated, and the order for Red’s arrest has been lifted. Red tells Cooper that he and Mierce (Karina Arroyave) and Weecha (Diany Rodriguez) are going home for a while, and that he hopes Cooper would convey his affections to Agnes.

This time Wujing manages to get away. A plane is reportedly waiting for him in Beijing, according to his acquaintance. Wujing tells him they can’t go back to their house. He has Red’s assassination in his sights. The list is in his possession, provided by Marvin. the other inmates who can hold Red accountable for their incarceration, and who will therefore side with him in his plot to kill Red.
all know this will be the next season’s central plot point as Red is forced to face the results of his previous choices once more. how Red handles the situation with his employees now that some of them have turned on him. I guess we’ll have to see how Red deals with Wujing.
