Erik Godoy has been released by Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
The 28-year-old Argentine got three goals and one assist in 64 games with Vancouver (59 starts).
He signed on loan from Colon de Santa Fe before signing permanently.
Erik performed a crucial role throughout his time in Vancouver, said sporting director Axel Schuster. “After a conversation with Erik, all parties agreed it’s time for him and our club to split ways. We’ll continue to support Erik as he looks for a new club and wish him well.
Thank you Érik, wishing you all the best for the future 🙏#VWFC | @erikgodoy93 https://t.co/kcLmhgYqYd
