Sam Smith Announces: A 27-date North American tour by Sam Smith to promote their upcoming studio album Gloria, which is due on January 27, has been confirmed.
“This is going to be so great; it’s been too long, sailors,” Smith posted on Instagram. I can’t wait to celebrate the GLORIA era with your beautiful faces in attendance.
Ed Sheeran, Koffee, Reyez, and Kim Petras will collaborate on Gloria. Glory helped Smith get through some difficult times and served as a light for him throughout his life, he said in a statement announcing the record. That is my sincere wish for you. I appreciate you waiting so long.
Beginning on July 25 at the FTX Arena in Miami, Florida, the tour will also stop in Orlando, Nashville, New York, Toronto, Chicago, and Denver before coming to an end on September 14 at Palacio de Los Deportes in Mexico City. Jessie Reyez, a singer, will support Smith on all but one of the tour dates. The tour’s general sale starts on Friday, Jan. 13, at 9 a.m. local time.
Smith’s first tour in support of their sophomore album, The Thrill of it All, since 2019 is the Gloria Tour. Since then, they have published their third album, Love Goes, and worked with Kim Petras to achieve the No. 1 song “Unholy.”
