Blige’s Good Morning Gorgeous (Deluxe), Brandi Carlile’s In These Silent Days, Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres, Kendrick Lamar’s Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, and Lizzo’s Special were other contenders in the category.
Styles was nominated for six awards at the gala this year. Harry’s House was nominated for best pop vocal album, which he ultimately won, as well as record and song of the year, best pop solo performance, and best music video for “As It Was.”

“In the 12 years I’ve been touring, I have never had to cancel a gig due to illness. I’m unfortunate to have to do it, and I would have attended the performance if I could.
