Marty Caffrey and Danielle Staub are no longer legally married following a protracted divorce process that lasted six months.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, who started dating in April 2016 and wed in May 2018 in a Bahamas beach ceremony broadcast on the Bravo program, formally ended their marriage on Thursday, according to PEOPLE, who saw both of them in court in Bergen County.
Both parties reached an uncontested split agreement during the hearing on Thursday, which got underway at 9 a.m. and lasted less than an hour. Unless she purchases the $2.15 million home (together with all of its furnishings), in which case Caffrey will go immediately, she will have to leave home by the end of April.

According to Staub’s representative, Steve Honig, “Danielle is very much looking forward to moving on to the next chapter of her life and is excited to see what that will look like.” She immensely appreciates all the help she has gotten from her family, friends, and children.
