Amanda Seyfried Is Working On A Musical: Because she is in New York working on a musical, Amanda Seyfried, who last night won the Golden Globe for Best Role by an Actress, Limited Series, Anthology Series, or a Motion Picture Made for Television for her performance in The Dropout, stated that she was unable to attend the ceremony.
In Neil LaBute’s The Way We Get By, Seyfried makes her Off-Broadway debut. Alongside Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, and Adam Driver, she starred in Noah Baumbach’s upcoming independent film While We’re Young, which will be released on March 27, 2015. She will also make an appearance in Joe Wright’s Pan, a Warner Bros. film on the life of Peter Pan starring Hugh Jackman, this summer.

Her leading role in the independent film Fathers and Daughters, starring Russell Crowe and Aaron Paul, was just filmed. She co-starred with Seth MacFarlane and Charlize Theron in the Universal comedy A Million Ways To Die in the West and provided the voice of the main character in the animated Epic film from Twentieth Century Fox. She drew acclaim for her performance as Linda LOVELACE in the Sundance premiere of the Radius TWC drama Lovelace.
