After almost nine years of marriage, Jodi Catherine Wolfe, the wife of American Pickers co-host Mike Wolfe, has filed for divorce.
Irreconcilable differences are mentioned as the cause of the filing in court documents from the Williamson County Chancery Court in Franklin, Tennessee, that PEOPLE received. Their separation date is indicated as June 2020 on the document, which Jodi filed in November. After asking for comment, PEOPLE received no immediate response from a Mike representative.
The records claim that Mike and Jodi, 50, are “unable to properly live together” as a married pair and that Jodi “would further establish that all possibilities of reconciliation are exhausted.”
According to the court documents, she asked that the couple’s marital assets and debts be divided “equitably” or that a settlement for how to divide their estate be approved.
On September 7, 2012, Mike, 56, and Jodi exchanged vows in Franklin, Tennessee. They had Charlie Faeth, who is now 9 years old, earlier that year.

Jodi “has not participated in any additional lawsuit affecting the custody” of the couple’s daughter, according to court filings. Charlie, however, was residing with Jodi at the time of the petition; she is the mother of another non-minor kid from a prior union.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Mike and Jodi later “into a collaborative family law participation agreement” in a file made in March. The information about Mike and Jodi’s divorce was first reported by TMZ.
For the History Channel, Mike presently co-hosts American Pickers. According to History.com, the reality show, which debuted in 2010, follows Mike and his co-host Frank Fritz as they tour the nation and “make a living by restoring neglected antiques to their former splendour, transforming one person’s garbage into another’s treasure.”
Although Mike mostly highlights his profession on social media, he also frequently uploads images of his dog Francie and talks about being a father to Charlie.
