Halo Infinite Season 3: Season 2 of Halo Infinite is coming to a close, and here’s all the information you need for Season 3, including the release date, new weapon, custom games browser, and more.
Players now have access to new events, maps, and game modes, in addition to a 100-tier Battle Pass with 180 awards, thanks to the release of the Season 2 update for Halo Infinite.
The Halo fanbase is anticipating Season 3, which will provide a substantial content update. We’ll review all of the information the programmers have made public regarding the update thus far.
Halo Infinite Season 3 Release Date
The Halo Infinite team announced in a Halo Waypoint blog post on September 1 that the third season would begin on March 7, 2023, and run through June 27 of that year.
These times are tentative, of course, and could shift if something unforeseen happens. Developers have highlighted a variety of new features for the next ‘Echoes Within’ season in the Season 3 roadmap.
Halo Infinite Season 3 New Weapon:
The M392 Bandit is a new weapon coming to Halo Infinite with the Season 3 update. 343 Industries claims that this weapon is similar to the DMR from Halo: Reach but is more useful in close quarters.
While similar to its Reach counterpart, this weapon lacks a scope in Halo: Infinite. In Season 3, players will have access to this devastating weapon.
Halo Infinite Season 3 Custom Games Browser
An image of Halo Infinite’s community tab, which includes a browser for user-created games, was leaked in August. The developers have confirmed that this feature will be introduced in Season 3.
In Halo 3, released in 2007, players were given access to the custom games browser for use with the Forge map editor. If they did, they’d be able to speed up their movements, increase their vertical leap, and more.
Halo Infinite Season 3 Shroud Screen Equipment
Shroud Screen, an ability that cloaks you in a technological haze, will be available in Halo Infinite Season 3. Even when you’re firing your weapon, you won’t show up on the radar of the enemy.

While this item reduces the extent to which you are hurt by your foes, it does not eliminate all risk. You should be wary of being spotted by your enemies.
More Halo Infinite Season 3 content
New Arena and Big Team Battle maps, VIP and Escalation game modes, Forge beta updates, and a Battle Pass with 100 tiers have all been confirmed by the developers.
They haven’t given us any more information about these yet, but as the premiere of Halo Infinite Season 3 approaches, we should find out more. As soon as new details emerge, you can count on an update from us.
