Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery: Since Daniel Craig’s Detective Benoit Blanc has returned, that can only mean one thing: another murder mystery. Miles Bron (Edward Norton), a software mogul and millionaire, throws a weekend retreat on his private Greek island in Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. But things take a tragic turn on the trip, and Blanc is called upon to help determine what happened.
The picture is Rian Johnson’s follow-up to 2019’s Knives Out, and he wrote and directed it as well. While Daniel Craig does return as Bond, the rest of the ensemble is new for this installment. While Lionsgate Films released the original Knives Out in the United States, Netflix purchased the rights to both sequels for $450 million in 2021. After playing in theatres for one week around the world in November, the film will become available via streaming service in December.

The Netflix debut of Glass Onion, a Knives Out Mystery, is set for December 23. The film is only in theatres around the world for the week of November 23-29. According to Tulum, Glass Onion is the first Netflix film to have a simultaneous release at major U.S. theatre chains like AMC, Regal, and Cinemark. Before its December debut on Netflix, it will premiere that week in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand.
