Warzone Season 5 Release Date
On August 2nd at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/5 PM BST, the Call of Duty Season 5 update for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone will be made available.
Although it’s unknown if fans will be able to pre-install the update before it goes live, it’s common for PlayStation users to get the update about a day before the game’s official launch. It’s important to keep in mind that the update will only be pre-load season 5 content that won’t actually be accessible in-game until the specified day and time.
Warzone Season 5 Event
The upcoming COD game for 2023 will be revealed in a future Warzone Season 5 event, as called out by the Call of Duty Twitter account:

The Call of Duty blog and the account left it “redacted” on purpose, but it is thought to be the Modern Warfare 3 leak. The alleged release date for MW3, which is reported to let you transfer your content from MW2 to the 2023 game, has also been revealed through leaks.

Warzone Season 5 Roadmap And Content
