Terms & Conditions
There are two Circle K Play or Park programs in operation: one in the Republic of Ireland by Circle K Ireland Energy Group Limited (“Circle K”) at its headquarters in Circle K House in Beech Hill in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, and another in the North of Ireland by Circle K Energy Limited at its address in Port Of Larne Business Park in Larne in Antrim, BT40 1AX (Tel. / Fax: +353 (0)1 202 8888).
You can earn loyalty points by using your Play or Park Game Tag in the Loyalty Game (which term shall include any key fob, mobile app, or additional item linked to the Loyalty Game that may be issued to you by Circle K). Once you have your Game Tag, you may begin collecting points right away by registering your data on www. playpark. ie, the Circle K mobile app, or by filling out a hard copy application form. If you have any questions or concerns, call the Play or Park customer support center at 061-517249. By using the Circle K Loyalty Game Tag, you agree to the terms and conditions.
The Loyalty Game
- On February 4, 2013, the Loyalty Game began. The full terms and conditions can be found at www. Circle K.ie or by contacting Circle K Ireland Energy Group Ltd, Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, by sending a self-addressed envelope or calling the customer care line on 061-517249.
- A cell phone, email, or internet connection is required for participation in the Loyalty Game. A paper registration form may take up to 25 business days to process. During this period, you may still be able to collect points, but you will be unable to play.
- To participate in this Loyalty Game, participants must be at least 18 years old when they register.
Collecting Points
The Loyalty Game Tag must be presented for each qualified purchase to collect points at participating retailers.
Excluded Products
You can’t earn points on purchases of fast food franchise products, tobacco products or pharmaceuticals or lottery tickets or phone cards or lottery tickets or phone cards or lottery tickets or bin tags or postal stamps, or vending machine purchases. Some products may be excluded at Circle K’s discretion or as a matter of law.
Your points may take up to 12 hours to appear in your account.
All refunds and credits on your Game Tag will be recalculated if Circle K makes any changes to your purchase(s).
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that are inactive for 24 months.
If you continue to use your Circle K Loyalty Game Tag after a change has been made, you will be considered to have accepted the modification. The Loyalty Game may potentially be canceled at any time, and your points will be forfeited. Regardless of the outcome, Circle K will not be held liable for any damages.
The points obtained by the participant have no monetary value. There are no refunds for unused points.
For Northern Ireland citizens who are eligible for the no purchase necessary mechanism, there is no need to make a purchase. An entry that requires no purchase is not entitled to any kind of reward for the entrant. Playing the Loyalty Game
Once a month you will receive an email or text message informing you of your points balance and how many free entries you have available.
Only one entry is permitted for every 200 points you earn. To “Play” or “Park” your points, you must have a total of 200 points. Depending on your chosen method of contact, you will receive this information. Those who choose to “Play,” have the option of entering a monthly drawing, or they can “Park” their points and keep them until the following month’s draw. Your points will be “Parked” if you don’t react.
Every 28th of the month, at 5 p.m., is the cutoff time for the Experience of a Lifetime drawing. Every month, on the 1st, we’ll announce the winners of the Experience of a Lifetime Draws. It is up to the winners to decide how they want to be contacted. Non-transferable rewards must be collected or redeemed by the winners themselves.
For entries, claims, or correspondence that are lost or damaged as a result of errors, omissions, changes, alterations, tampering, deletion, burglary, destruction, transmission interruptions, or communications failures of any kind, Circle K disclaims all responsibility for those issues.
Holiday Prizes
Circle K will select all of the hotels. Unless otherwise noted, all flights will depart from Dublin Airport. Travel dates and destinations cannot be guaranteed by Circle K. It is the winner’s responsibility to see that all terms and restrictions imposed by third parties are followed to the letter. The winner must verify that they and their companions have all the necessary immunizations, travel visas, and other papers needed for the vacation. The winner will be responsible for arranging supplementary travel insurance if necessary.
Treat Redemption
A monthly treat, valid for 30 days, will be put onto your Loyalty Game Tag on the 1st of each month if you choose to “Play” your points in that month. This month’s winner will be announced via email and you will be able to receive the reward of your choice (app notification, email, or SMS). Customer entries are only good for one goodie per month regardless of how often they are entered.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. A prize or treat of equal or greater value may be substituted if an item is unavailable for any reason at all.
There are no restrictions on who can participate in the Loyalty Game, earn points, or receive a monthly treat; however, employees of Circle K and its affiliates as well as individuals professionally affiliated with the Loyalty Game are unable to compete for the Experiences of Lifetime rewards. Restrictions may be imposed by employers on third-party company fuel cardholders.
Rewards
To earn virtual stamps for your Play or Park gaming account, you must buy Circle K coffee, a car wash with Circle K, or a hot dog with Circle K at a participating Circle K location.
When you’ve gathered six coffee stamps, four-car wash stamps, and four hot dog stamps, your next meal is free.
Select the redeem button and scan your Game Tag at the till to claim your free hot drink, vehicle wash, or hot dog. Your free item will be loaded to Circle K’s Rewards Section.
To receive your free items, they must be redeemed by the end of the month after the date they are loaded into your Circle K app.
To take advantage of this promotion, you must be a member of Play or Park and have downloaded the Circle K App.
General
Theft or misuse of your Loyalty Game Tag or points is not the responsibility of Circle K and you assume all risk.
An entry will be disqualified if it is found to violate these terms of entry or if the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the drawing. In this case, a new winner will be chosen at random from the remaining entries.
After the draw, the winner of the Experience of a Lifetime will be required to appear in a picture call before being awarded the reward. Participation in any acceptable Circle K promotional activities (such as publicity, photography, and film) around the awarding of a reward is required of winners. Prize-winners agree to allow Circle K to use their name, hometown, and image in promotional materials, as well as to give Circle K at least one photograph of the prize-winner taking part in their Experience of a Lifetime.
Within 12 months of winning, all prizes must be reclaimed or a new winner will be chosen.
In no event will Circle K be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may arise from accepting any of the prizes.
As a condition of participation in Circle K’s monthly prize drawing, customers who are in arrears with Circle K or its affiliates may be denied entry. They will still be able to take advantage of the month-to-month reward.
Winners will be chosen at random from a pool of qualifying entries by a computer program. This is the final say, and there will be no further correspondence.
Circle K has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty Game or invalidate any affected entries if any component of the Loyalty Game is unable to operate as planned.
Notification of two months’ notice is required if the Loyalty Game is to be ended by Clause 28.
According to a lottery license given to Paralympics Ireland by the Dublin District Court, Circle K is running this promotion in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

Data Protection
Circle K’s privacy policy may be found at www. circle.ie/privacy policy.
Circle K will use your information, including details of transactions, to send you offers and services that may be of interest to you if you agree to receive marketing communications from Circle K.
To run this Loyalty Game, Circle K may share entrants’ personal information with its external data controllers and organizations that process the loyalty game.
For Paralympics Ireland to comply with its legislative requirements about the lottery license, we must publish the names of winning participants.
This Agreement shall be deemed severable if any part of it is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, and this will not affect the legality or enforceability of any remaining sections.
Your Play or Park account at www.playpark.ie or by emailing us at support@playorpark.ie gives you the ability to request a copy of your data that we currently hold and to correct or remove personal details. You can write to Circle K Loyalty Manager, Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, or call the Customer Service Center at 061-517249 to do so.
