Then, in the last two episodes of the first part of season 4, it was revealed that Eren was supposedly working with his half-brother Zeke on a plot to sterilise all Eldians to alleviate the suffering caused by the conflict between those who possessed titan powers and those who did not. With the addition of this episode, the series’ already gloomy mood was deepened even further.

Eren walks out of the conference to go meet Zeke and carry out his plan while they are discussing the mistreatment of the Eldians. As an infiltrator on Marley territory, Eren’s primary motivation in chopping off his limb and gouging out his eye was to blend in with the Eldian troops.
What Is Eren’s Plan Season 4?
Keeping his fellow Paradisans alive, especially his close pals, is highly important to Eren, even though his ultimate purpose is to extinguish all life on Earth except for Paradis. In the end, it won’t matter if his “enemies” are wiped out if the people he cares about aren’t secure.
