SWAT Season 6 Episode 6 Recap
Hondo had been working to eliminate Saint independently of the rest of the team. His doubts about the stash houses we witnessed were well-founded. This obviously came at a very difficult time for him. As of late, he has also been placing all of the blame for what transpired with Detective Rios on himself. Because of him, Rios decided to join the mission, and now Rios is in trouble as well. Hondo, unable to bear the shame of it all, resolved to finally apprehend Saint and put an end to the team’s troubles once and for all.
Now, Hondo’s approach to doing the same thing was a little out of sequence. He basically threatened Saint in front of a politician, you know what I mean? However, Hondo will not suddenly become someone other than who he has been for the past five seasons. The situation was getting out of hand, but now that Hondo has shut down all of his operations, we can probably all breathe a sigh of relief. Saint is known among the people of the city because of everything that he did for them.
However, the truth behind it was previously unknown, but is now out in the open. It took a lot of time to especially convince Raymont and Marcus from the team about how bad Saint really is and reveal the whole shady business that he has been doing all this time. The team as a whole found it difficult to cope with this news because they were confused about what had happened and how they should feel about it. However, we are confident in our team’s ability to weather this massive transition.
