Rock The Block Season 4 And The Newest Challenge Awaits

HGTV star teams will be followed in the series as they transform identical homes to achieve the highest appraisal value. The four comparable 5,000-square-foot properties, valued at $1.9 million before the renovations begin, will be located in Berthoud, Colorado. The couples will have just six weeks and a budget of $250,000 to transform them into opulent homes that “reflect their signature vision and stunning design style,” according to an HGTV press release.

The HGTV’s Head of Content, Loren Ruch, “Everything about this season of ‘Rock the Block’ is huge: the homes, the budgets, even the scenery, is massive. The houses are located in a cul-de-sac for the first time, giving the teams a clear view of one another’s residences throughout the competition. We are excited to see how these incredibly talented professionals bring their astounding designs to life now that the gloves are off.

The competitors for this season are Page Turner and Mitch Glew of “Fix My Flip,” Michel Smith Boyd and Anthony Elle of “Luxe for Less,” Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin of “Farmhouse Fixer,” and Bryan and Sarah Baeumler of “Renovation Island.” As host, Ty Pennington is back.

Rock the Block Season 4 Release Date

HGTV promises the “biggest” season when the popular competition returns, the network said in a press release. Winners Get A “Street Named In Their Honor”

The winning team will also have a street “named in their honor,” according to a press release from HGTV. According to the network’s press release, Turn Up! Fight Hunger will also receive a donation on their behalf, “which will provide up to 100,000 meals to kids living with hunger through No Kid Hungry.”

Dave & Jenny Marrs Join Star-Studded Season 4 Judges

Season-long fans will recognize some competitors. “Fixer to Fabulous” stars Dave and Jenny Marrs will return to the competition to “determine which competitors created the ideal kitchen and dining area for a potential buyer,” HGTV announced.

Judges include “Rock the Block” stars and HGTV favorites. “Good Bones” star Mina Starsiak Hawk and “No Demo Reno” star Jenn Todryk will choose the winning entry and living room. “Unsellable Homes” twins Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis will judge the main bedroom suite.

“Windy City Rehab” and “Revealed” hosts Alison Victoria, and Veronica Valencia will “deliberate the homes’ 1,500-square-foot lower levels,” HGTV said.

HGTV announced that “Rock the Block” winners Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt of “100 Day Dream Home” will choose the winning exterior.
