There’s already a lot to talk about for the next season of One Piece on Netflix because it’s based on the comics and anime by Eiichiro Oda. The second season of One Piece would pick up where the first left off, covering the manga’s East Blue Saga.

Mackenyu Arata plays his deputy, Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd (Fear Street Part Two: 1978) plays the ship’s navigator, Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson (Grey’s Anatomy) plays the crew’s sniper Usopp, and Taz Skylar (The Lazarus Project) plays the cook Sanji.

Vincent Regan as Garp, Morgan Davies as Koby, Aidan Scott as Helmeppo, Armand Aucamp as Bogard, Jeff Ward as Buggy, and Ilia Isorels Paulino as Alvida are also likely to return in season 2.

There will also be a slew of new characters introduced, necessitating the casting of fresh performers for the second season of the live-action One Piece adaptation.

There has been no news of new One Piece characters in the season 2 cast. Chopper, Nico Robin, and Jinbe are still scheduled to join the crew in season 2 (though Jinbe’s entrance may be delayed until after the next season).

The events of the Manga series are expected to be followed in the Netflix One Piece season 2 plot. The first season followed the East Blue Saga before delving into the Loguetown Arc.

The live-action One Piece season 2 story will most likely conclude the Loguetown Arc before moving on to the Arabasta Saga, which is the manga’s second saga after the East Blue Saga.

When it comes to completing the Loguetown Arc, the Straw Hats will have to confront Captain Smoker, who was teased in the season 1 finale, as well as adversaries who desire the reward. Monkey D. Dragon is also introduced in this episode.

The Arabasta Saga featured 117 chapters, so it’s uncertain how much of it would be included in the Netflix One Piece season 2 tale.
