Obliterated Release Date: Is Netflix Upcoming Action-Comedy Delight?

Here are all the current Obliterated updates, including information on the plot, actors, and premiere date of the action comedy series on Netflix. Obliterated appears to be a far more mature offering from the imaginative showrunners Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg, who created Cobra Kai.

The exciting and outrageous action-comedy series Obliterated is finally coming after years of development and jumping between networks. Judging from leaked screenshots and what is known about the plot, Obliterated is shaping up to be a combination of Mission: Impossible and The Hangover.

The strategy of releasing entire new seasons of shows all at once and relying solely on word-of-mouth advertising has been perfected by Netflix. Obliterated appears to be Netflix’s next Squid Game. Violent, eccentric shows with original themes like Squid Game have become instant sensations and had the entire globe talking.

Obliterated features a striking aesthetic and an original premise about a task force that seeks pleasure but is hindered in its efforts to thwart a bomb in Las Vegas by its vices of drugs and alcohol. There isn’t much information available on the program, but there is enough Obliterated information to gauge its potential.

What Is Obliterated Release Date?

The release date for Obliterated is November 30, 2023. Obliterated will probably follow the Netflix model and release every episode at once rather than on a weekly basis, though the exact schedule hasn’t been determined. Here is a related post:

Seasonal split releases have become a thing on Netflix, with the third season of The Witcher being split into two parts. However, because Obliterated is only eight episodes and doesn’t have as much hype, every episode will probably be added to the streamer on the day of Obliterated’s debut.

Here are the articles that are the same as the release dates of seasons and shows:

Obliterated Expected Cast

There aren’t many household names or A-list actors in the cast of Obliterated, but the cast is made up of a lot of dependable small-screen actors who have been in a variety of TV series. Shelley Hennig, who portrays Ava and is most known for her roles in Ouija and Teen Wolf, serves as the band’s leader.

As a result of her roles in the Netflix romantic comedies When We First Met and The After Party, Hennig has become something of a go-to actor for Netflix. The Obliterated cast now includes Nick Zano as Chad McKnight. For his time as Nate Heywood in Legends of Tomorrow in The CW’s Arrowverse, Zano is renowned.

Obliterated Release Date

In the Minority Report TV miniseries, the actor played Arthur. Several newbies who appear to have seamlessly integrated themselves into the action-comedy based on the first-look photos complete the Obliterated cast. The Obliterated cast also consists of Nick Zano and Shelley Hennig.

  • Alyson Gorske as Lana
  • C. Thomas Howell as Haggerty
  • Eugene Kim as Paul Yung
  • Paola Lazaro as Angela Gomez
  • Kimi Rutledge as Maya Choi
  • Terrence Terrell as Trunk

Obliterated Story

An elite special forces unit is confronted with defusing a bomb in Las Vegas in the Obliterated narrative. The task team prevents the bomb early in the series, but after overindulging in drugs, booze, and s*x to celebrate their accomplishment, they learn that the bomb they had stopped was only a decoy.

The gang must locate the actual bomb and prevent it from going off because they are now totally intoxicated and impaired. Obliterated might have a 24-like style where the episodes are continuous and in real-time because the series only has eight episodes, and the squad only has a short amount of time to stop the bomb.

The greatest Twitter account for following production activity in Las Vegas has been Vital Vegas, which has also produced some excellent behind-the-scenes photos and videos.

Where To Watch Obliterated?

Upon its release, Obliterated will be viewable on Netflix. Although there isn’t a trailer for Obliterated yet, Netflix probably won’t release one until a few weeks before the movie’s debut. There’s no reason Obliterated would be any different from the streamer’s usual practice of holding off until the very last minute to release a trailer for its series.

There are currently no plans for Obliterated to be available for viewing outside of Netflix or to have a physical release, like almost all Netflix shows (with a few outliers like The Sandman).
