Konosuba Season 3 Release Date

Details, including whether this is a third season of KonoSuba or a related spin-off project like a second feature film, would be announced in a subsequent article, although the statement didn’t specify which it was.
Fans may be assured that KonoSuba will return in some capacity, though it may be a long before they see it because the announcement gave the impression that production had only just begun.
If it is actually a feature film, we probably won’t see KonoSuba season three until 2022, at the earliest, unless Studio Deen has been working on a surprise release all along.
Because the first and second seasons of KonoSuba aired in Japan in January 2016 and January 2017, respectively, the film KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! will air in Japan for the first time in the series’ history. On sale this August Legend of Crimson.
Konosuba Season 3 Plot
The plot of KonoSuba centres around Kazuma Sat, a young kid who suffers a fatal heart attack after saving a girl from an oncoming truck. But after his death, he finds himself in a fantasy world with the goddess Aqua, the wizard Megumin, and the knight Darkness, all of whom form a dysfunctional party.
Season three of KonoSuba will most likely adapt volumes six and seven of the light novel series, considering the first two seasons and film covered the first five volumes.
Spoilers for the rest of the series ahead: in these volumes, Darkness leaves to marry a nobleman, possibly ending the ragtag group of adventurers as they know it.
With the money he earned after defeating the Devil King, Kazuma is now living well. This eventually attracts the attention of The Crown, and Princess Iris enlists his aid in apprehending Chris, aka The Chivalrous Thief.
However, after a disastrous encounter with the Devil King’s forces, Kazuma is forced to go into exile alone, having lost contact with his trusted companions. Then, the reborn gamer must clear his identity while also solving a massive royal conspiracy.
Considering how important the growing romance between Kazuma and Megumin was to the 2019 film, it’s probable that this will be explored more in season three.
