Season 18 of Grey’s Anatomy is available on Sky On Demand for customers in the United Kingdom. If you have a Sky or Now subscription, you can see the episodes that have previously been broadcast. Season 18 episodes will air on Sky Witness at 9 p.m. on Wednesdays for the foreseeable future.
How Many Episodes Will There Be of Grey’s Anatomy Season 18?
Season 18 of Grey’s Anatomy has 20 episodes, which is fewer than some prior seasons but not the fewest ever produced by the show.
In Grey’s Anatomy’s history, only the first season had fewer episodes than season 17, while the fourth season had the same number of episodes as season 17.

Season 18 appears to answer many of the unanswered concerns from the previous season, and the teaser suggests that a familiar face will make a significant return.
Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) and Megan Hunt (Abigail Spencer) return for season 18 after they confirmed it on Instagram (see below).
Several characters will also be absent when the show returns for its 17th season. Following Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and Greg Germann’s departure for the Catherine Fox Foundation in Boston, there are no more DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) or Tom Koracick (Greg Germann), as well.
How and Where to Watch Grey’s Anatomy Season 17
When Grey’s Anatomy premiered in the UK, it was broadcast on Sky Witness. The first two episodes were released together as a double header, however, the rest of the season will be released in weekly installments, much like Line of Duty, starting on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, with a new episode being released on Sky On Demand every Wednesday thereafter.

Will There Be a Season 19 of Grey’s Anatomy and When Will It Come Out?
ABC has guaranteed the continuation of the medical drama with a season 19.
After Deadline reported that ABC’s Signature President Jonnie Davis claimed it had been considered, there have also been rumors about a spin-off show.
Later, Davis provided clarification for the story, which was posted on the website: “There are a few remarks I made in an earlier interview that I’d want to explain. Grey’s Anatomy has yet to be discussed as a spinoff.
With the brilliant Krista Vernoff at the helm, and the incredible Ellen Pompeo leading our cast and co-executive producing, we’re all in on season 18. As the head of ABC Signature, I was merely trying to show my support and optimism for Shonda Rhimes’ outstanding new show.”
