Bleach has returned after an eight-year sabbatical, and fans couldn’t be happier about it. The release of Bleach, a supernatural adventure anime from Japan, in October 2004 sent shockwaves across the anime fan community. Tite Kubo’s manga series of the same name served as inspiration for the anime. The manga series was a tremendous hit as well.
Bleach Season 17 Release Date
Despite the show’s renewal, a new air date has not been disclosed. It has been speculated that Season 17 will premiere before the end of 2021, and its teaser suggests that this could happen. Unfortunately, the teaser does not accurately reflect the actual release date.
The series’s opening night is on this day. By the year 2021, we would have gotten the show. Coronavirus causes a worldwide epidemic, delaying the production of the series. The release date of the series has shifted to somewhere in the middle of 2022.

Bleach Season 17 Plot
As I mentioned before, the final arc of the manga series, the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, will serve as inspiration for the plot of the following season of the anime series. The 218 chapters that make up this arc make it the longest in the manga. Reading the manga from Chapter 480 to Chapter 698 will give you an understanding of the final arch.
As the creators have added their own flair, the tale may deviate slightly from the anime. Ultimately, the only way to have a genuine attachment to the anime is to watch the entire series.

The events of Season 17 will pick up just after the events of Season 16. In season 16, we witnessed Ichigo Kurosaki’s complete power drain and subsequent, exhausting efforts to regain his abilities. He struggled without his abilities in a showdown with Kugo Ginjo. However, with the aid of the soul society, he was finally victorious.
The later absence of Hollows exacerbated the problem. Meanwhile, a new Quincy faction known as The Wandenreich developed and began attacking the locals. The struggle against the Shinigami ended in failure for them. For years, they had gathered there in secret, plotting their vengeance.

Final Line
The stunning aesthetics and compelling storyline of the series have earned it a massive fan base. Now, very few fans of either medium would argue that manga is superior to anime. You Bet! There are many places where the anime departs from the manga. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good thing. Obviously, it’s a fantastic anime series. I’m crossing my fingers that season 17 will wrap up everything well for the viewers. Friends, just remain tuned.
