Shuri, T’Challa’s younger sister, will be played once again by Letitia Wright. Shuri, arguably one of the most intelligent characters in the MCU, is responsible for creating all of Wakanda’s cutting-edge gadgets. Rumor has it that Shuri will have a more significant role in the sequel than she did in the first movie. In the comics, Shuri succeeds T’Challa as queen of Wakanda and Black Panther after he has been stripped of both titles. In the film, Winston Duke portrays M’Baku, chief of the Jabari, a mountain people who live in Wakanda. Although not a global superhero like his monarch, M’Baku is nevertheless quite a strong force as a powerful warrior and an occasional ally of T’Challa’s.

Black Panther antagonist Michael B. Jordan has already shown interest in returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Nobody has asked, but he undoubtedly would be welcome back by the supporters.
New characters include Dominique Thorne as Ironheart, aka superhero Riri Williams. A great inventor on par with Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark, Riri builds a suit of armour that can hold its own against his. Ironheart, a newer addition to the comics, has been highly popular since her arrival, and she appears to be set for a significant part in the MCU. Thorne will reprise her role as Riri in a Disney+ series titled Ironheart.
What Is The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Plot?
What we do know about the script for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is that it will be an intense experience. In interviews, many of the supporting cast members have expressed their disorientation at working without the movie’s breakout star.
In July of 2021, Winston Duke told Collider, “It was incredibly emotional to read the script.” “Packing up to return to set was an emotional experience. But now that we’ve become closer as a group, we’re able to share our sorrow and create something truly unique.”

As of the 23rd of July, 2022, the first official trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever could be viewed online. It had its world premiere at San Diego Comic-Con. Wakanda mourns the loss of King T’Challa as Namor readies Atlantis for war in the trailer set to a cover of “No Woman, No Cry” by Bob Marley and the Wailers sung by Tems and remixed with Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright.” At the end of the trailer, it’s hinted that one of the Wakandan women will become the new Black Panther.
On October 3, 2022, a new trailer for the upcoming Black Panther sequel, Wakanda Forever, was made available online. This time around, the trailer is set to “Never Forget” by Sampa The Great, and it gives us a much better idea of the film’s scope and story, showing us that Wakanda is at war with Namor and the forces of Atlantis, and hints that Shuri will be the one to take up the mantle of the Black Panther after the death of King T’Challa.
