Avenue 5 Season 2: Season 2 of Avenue 5 is coming, two years after the first season premiered, and it will pick up right after the passengers and staff were presented a very major problem.
We’ve been waiting nearly as long as the passengers on the Avenue 5 ship itself, but don’t worry; new episodes are set to premiere very soon, so we’ll finally be able to catch up with this ragtag bunch and (fingers crossed) finally learn what’s going on.
Avenue 5 season 2 Release Date
On Monday, October 10, we will once again be able to watch Avenue 5. This programme airs on Sky Comedy and NOW TV in the United Kingdom and on HBO and HBO Max in the United States.
If you’re behind and want to watch the entire first season before the new one comes out, you can do so by streaming it on demand.

Avenue 5 season 2 Plot
A far longer return journey than intended, false cast and crew, and a gag where Hugh Laurie’s captain character is claiming to be American because people find it “more reassuring,” but he’s actually British all take place as season 2 of Avenue 5 begins.
The following is the plot summary for Season 2 that was recently revealed by HBO: “In the near future depicted in Avenue 5, space tourism is big business. The eight-week voyage that Captain Ryan Clark (Hugh Laurie) was supposed to take on a luxury spaceship owned by Herman Judd (Josh Gad) turns into an eight-year journey when the ship is pushed disastrously off course.”

“Season two picks up five months after the failed attempt to reroute the vessel and follows the crew as they try to lead, calm, control, and, if necessary, hide from increasingly unruly passengers. This includes fiery engineer Billie (Lenora Crichlow), unpredictable head of customer relations Matt (Zach Woods), and faithful right-hand Iris (Suzy Nakamura). They are heroes on Earth, but their cries echo throughout the cosmos.”
Avenue 5 Season 2 Cast
Season 2 of Avenue 5 features numerous returning cast members. The “Captain” of our ship is Hugh Laurie (but not in any official capacity). Ryan Clark and Josh Gad play Herman Judd, the millionaire owner of Avenue 5.
Meanwhile, Rebecca Front plays passenger Karen Kelly, Suzy Nakamura plays Avenue 5 associate owner Iris Kimura, and Lenora Crichlow plays Billie McEvoy, the ship’s second engineer. Zach Woods plays customer relations head Matt Spencer.
When the season premieres on October 10, a plethora of familiar faces, including Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ethan Phillips, Daisy May Cooper, Lucy Punch, and Himesh Patel, will be back for more.
