The teaser gives viewers a look at the show’s stellar ensemble and elaborate production values. Hayase Nagatoro, who is described in the teaser as a “sadistic underclassman,” will once again be performed by the series’ original voice actress, Sumire Uesaka (Lum Invader, Urusei Yatsura 2022).
The voice of Nagatoro’s favourite victim, Naoto Hachiouji, or “Senpai,” as he is more well known, will once again be provided by Daiki Yamashita (Izuku Midoriya, My Hero Academia).
Don’t Tease Me, Nagatoro-san! is a comedy romance centred on a shy and frightened high school sophomore named Naoto Hachiouji who, one day, has the misfortune of attracting the attention of Hayase Nagatoro, who quickly becomes his bully. She makes him weep on their first date by making sexually provocative comments about his hobbies and interests and teasing him about them.

While Nagatoro initially teases her “Senpai,” the two build a weird relationship that borders on friendship as time goes on. Nagatoro meets Senpai’s pals, who all share a propensity of mocking and prodding him as their relationship develops.
Naoto, a shy student who just wants to blend in at school, has his peaceful sanctuary repeatedly invaded by a group of wild, younger girls who seem to only want to cause him pain.

However, beneath all of Nagotoro’s teasing lies a young girl who may just be trying to bring the boy she likes out of his shell.
Airing from April to June of 2021, Don’t Tease Me, Nagatoro-san! had 12 episodes in its debut season. OLM (Komi Can’t Communicate; Summer Time Rendering) is now working on the sequel to the series, which was formerly created by Telecom Animation Film. The first season is currently accessible on Crunchyroll, and the second will be added after its January 2023 release.
