According to court records that PEOPLE was able to access, Hough, 33, submitted a statement for uncontested dissolution on Tuesday. The original information states that “the parties have entered into a written agreement covering their property and marital or domestic partnership rights, including support.” Documents show that Hough, married to Laich, 38, has undisputedly waived her claim to spousal support.

Hough and Laich have both started new relationships since their breakup. Last November, Hough was seen kissing model Charlie Wilson in Los Angeles. She was “happy” with Wilson at the time but was still preoccupied with her job, and a source told PEOPLE.
Julianne and Charlie Wilson have not been together for very long, but the insider added that she appears content and to be enjoying her single life.
