The 35-year-old Gossip Girl star is expecting her fourth child with Reynolds. The couple already has three daughters: Betty, 2, Inez, 5, and James, 7 years old.
Lively made an appearance at the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit on Thursday, where she posed with her baby belly on display while wearing a sequined long-sleeved short dress.
The couple’s representative could not be reached for comment.
The Deadpool actor, 45, spoke publicly about the significance of family time in December, explaining that this was a big motivation for his choice to take a hiatus from acting.

Reynolds told Jessi Hempel, the senior editor at large for LinkedIn News, that he didn’t want to miss out on spending time with his family during his sabbatical because “the major issue for me, and I know you have kids as well, is that I don’t want to miss this time with my kids.”
Later, Reynolds explained that what he really “says, “I want my kids to have a reasonably typical routine,” implying that this is what they should be doing with their lives.
For a long time, whenever my wife Blake went into production on a film, I stayed home with the kids. So, it would be a give-and-take situation. We were rarely in the same place at the same time. But we were always absent. So, the young ones were also absent.”
To elaborate, Reynolds said that “lifestyle has become tougher as their children become older.”
