Saitama Vs Goku: It’s an issue that frequently sparks heated debates in online communities like message boards and video-sharing websites like YouTube. Who would triumph if Goku and Saitama squared off in a fight? It’s unfortunate because depending on how I respond to the question, I could end up with enemies in both camps.
The Purpose of One-Punch Man And Dragon Ball
Goku is a symbol of triumph over adversity in Dragon Ball. He will take pleasure in the opportunity to overcome any new challenger that comes his way. He probably won’t succeed the first time he tries, and he’ll probably have some trouble along the way, but he will succeed eventually.
On the other hand, One-Punch Man centres on a protagonist who has won every battle he has ever faced. The only person who can match him in battle is him. He has not only vanquished all opponents, but they now hold no sway over him. Because of his unrivalled might, he has become an insurmountable barrier.
There is a clear incompatibility between the stories’ goals. This is the primary reason why continuing this conflict serves no purpose. Goku wouldn’t faze Saitama at all if he showed up in the One-Punch Man universe. Goku’s whole point is to win no matter what, therefore this goes against his nature. Assuming Saitama were to enter the Dragon Ball Universe, Goku would eventually figure out how to beat him. Since infinite is not supposed to be conquered, this goes against Saitama’s nature.

Saitama Vs Goku Feats
When comparing solely their abilities, Goku is obviously the superior character. The fact that he has an advantage does not guarantee victory. Saitama has simply never had to use anything close to the level of strength that Goku possesses.
You can put a number on Goku’s strength, no matter how great it is. Saitama’s might is unbounded. To put it another way, if you were to measure a person’s lifting capacity in kilos, it would be like comparing that to the amount of drops in the ocean. To put it simply, it doesn’t add up.
Those participating in this argument because of the characters’ achievements are missing the point of One-Punch Man. Even then, Saitama’s greatest feats (lunar jump to Earth, planet-splitting buster attack) aren’t even close to the greatest feats accomplished by Goku. Is it possible that Saitama will perform feats on par with those of his rivals? But that’s a question only his future adversaries can answer.
No Way for Goku To Win Against Saitama
Saitama’s strength is theoretically boundless, as was previously mentioned. But does that imply he faces no limitations when it comes to battle? Actually, no.
Saitama has a little repertoire of attacks. His view of martial arts is one of “moving around in a flashy way,” and he lacks any truly lethal methods. He was able to easily destroy the meteor that had endangered his city, but not without causing significant collateral damage.
You may argue that he wasn’t giving it his best, and that would be fair, but the fact remains that he is not accustomed to fending off attacks of this nature. Furthermore, it is unknown if Saitama can live without oxygen. He did, in fact, stifle a sigh of relief when his foot touched lunar soil. Since this was his first experience with space, it’s hard to say if his reactions were intentional or merely reflexive.
Saitama Vs Goku need not aim his massive Kamehameha towards Saitama; instead, he need only blast it down onto the planet. A hero can’t exactly count failing to preserve his world as a win, even if Saitama could survive in space. Though, as everyone knows, that’s not how the Saiyan prefers to fight, so it’s not very likely.

Saitama Vs Goku Pitfalls In This Discussion
If you’re a fan of a certain show, you probably already think like the characters do. Though I enjoy Dragon Ball, it is not among my top three favourite anime as One-Punch Man is. Having fallen into this trap myself, I was under the impression that Saitama was guaranteed to win no matter what. These days, I have a much more objective perspective.
Saitama Vs Goku In the same way, if you’re rooting for a certain character, you want the best for them. For some reason, you find yourself rooting for them. It’s crucial to keep in mind, though, that a more powerful persona doesn’t (automatically) equate to a more admirable one.
ISaitama Vs Goku t’s not hard to make a character with excessively excessive abilities. A character that can wipe out an entire city with a single sneeze is something any moron with a pen can make. Just because someone has such trait does not mean they have good character. None whatever. Before you go to bat for your favourite character, you might want to consider this.
Saitama Vs Goku OrThanos And Other Related Fights
While I admit that Mr. Lee does make a valid argument, I disagree that it is usually the best option. Sure, the author has a lot of sway, and the hero always ends up winning in every anime and manga. However, this does not exclude fruitful “who would win” debates.
Saitama Vs Goku It would be nice to see a fair match between two characters in the here and now if power is somehow quantifiable. That’s right; if you swap out Goku for someone else, Saitama still has no business facing X. You COULD, if you went as far as he showed off his abilities. However, once that happens, the conversation changes totally (and yes, as mentioned above, Goku would win easily if so).
Saitama Vs Goku: At the very least, Goku’s strength may be estimated. He does not always triumph in battle. This opens up the possibility of imagining battles between Goku and a wide variety of other characters, the most talked-about of whom is probably Thanos. I won’t stick my fingers in that hornet’s nest. Let’s just say that if Goku faced Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe or the comics, with or without the infinity gauntlet, the situation would be very different.
