Both Viz Media and Shueisha are producing digital editions of the manga in English, and Seven Seas is releasing digital and print editions of the collected book volumes. The first unabridged volume will be made available digitally by Seven Seas in the month of November. The plot is summed up in Seven Seas:
Kazamaki Matsuri, a teenage ninja exorcist, has been fending off evil ayakashi spirits from Japan, especially those that are chasing his spirit medium buddy, Kanade Suzu, for quite some time.

As his feelings for Matsuri develop from platonic friendship to something more romantic, a powerful cat ayakashi plots to come between them by casting a forbidden magic that transforms Matsuri into a woman. Since it seems impossible to reverse the enchantment, Matsuri will have to keep fighting ayakashi and attend classes in his new female body.
In June of 2020, Yabuki debuted the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump, a publication of the Japanese publishing house Shueisha. On Friday, Shueisha released volume ten of their collected manga.

Final words
The unique blend of ninja combat and exorcist conspiracies in Ayakashi Triangle is going to be brought to life in a whole new way. After years of speculation, it was recently confirmed that Ayakashi Triangle would be getting its own anime. If all goes as planned, the launch of the show will occur early in the new year.
