Post-production on the film is now underway and will wrap up soon. The first look poster for AK 61/Vallamai is expected to be released in the second week of September 2022, according to the most recent information.
Originally scheduled for release around festive times like Diwali and Pongal in December, the film’s release date has been pushed back to sometime around January 2023.

Supposedly, the film will include Actor Ajith in two separate characters. Reportedly, Sanjay Dutt will portray the villain.
